The client operated multiple clinics with paper-based patient management. Appointment scheduling, medical records, and billing were fragmented across locations, leading to long wait times and administrative overhead.

With growing patient volume, the client needed a digital system that could unify operations across clinics while maintaining strict data privacy compliance.

We designed and built a comprehensive patient portal with appointment scheduling, secure medical records, telemedicine video consultations, and integrated billing. The system was built with role-based access for doctors, nurses, and administrators.

System Architecture & Design

Design & UX Philosophy We prioritized simplicity and accessibility. The interface was designed for patients of all ages and technical abilities, with large touch targets, clear navigation, and multi-language support.

Built on Laravel with a PostgreSQL database, Redis caching, and WebSocket-based real-time notifications. The telemedicine module used WebRTC for peer-to-peer video calls.
