All website content, trademarks, branding, illustrations, and proprietary code displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Intoxia Technologies, unless otherwise designated. Client deliverables are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
3. Professional Services
Estimates, discovery sessions, and project scopes provided through the website do not constitute binding engineering contracts until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is mutually executed.
4. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, India.
